The role emphasizes community inclusion, person-centered support, and health and wellness for residents aged 55+. You will work Sundays and Tue-Fri with flexible shifts; qualifications include a high school diploma, at least two years in direct service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A required minimum of two years in direct service for people with developmental disabilities
• Current and valid driver’s license (with fewer than 6 points) and vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check (includes physical and a drug screen, and criminal check)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• CPR/ First Aid Certified

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential setting
• Participate in service planning and coordination for people aged 55+ with disabilities living in the residential setting
• Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals
• Act as a community and family liaison for the site
