Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on overseeing staff, supporting individuals with daily activities, and ensuring service quality.

You will supervise a team, facilitate ISP, and coordinate transportation and outings to promote community involvement and independence. Eligible candidates bring strong communication and organizational skills and a commitment to mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Split duties between direct support, professional tasks, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transport individuals to activities.
