The Village in Hartford, CT seeks a Program Leader to oversee the SF2 program and provide leadership across stakeholders and funders. You will mentor staff implementing the Parents as Teachers model and support reporting milestones, ensuring services reach families effectively.
Education includes a Bachelor's in a related field with 3+ years in similar roles; a Master's is preferred. Excellent coordination, teamwork, and cultural competency are essential for success in this role.

Provides leadership and is responsible for the overall operations and leadership of program. Works with a range of stakeholders and funders to ensure program goals are achieved and the timely submission of reporting.
Stronger Families, Stronger Futures (SF2) Assists the Program Manager in oversight and support of the early childhood home visiting program through observing and mentoring program staff in the Parents as Teachers (PAT) model through joint visits, supporting the Advisory Council and social connection groups. Supervises a team of FSPs. Provide support to the Program Manager to ensure program goals are achieved and the timely submission of reporting. Education: Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or related field plus 3 years’ experience with Parents and Teacher (PAT) Model can be substituted for Masters.
Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, child and family development or other related field required. Career path to include Masters Degree in relevant field (social services, Psychology etc)
