The Arc Ontario in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a Program Supervisor for Community Habilitation. This full-time role leads daily operations, trains staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures regulatory compliance to promote independence and community participation.
Responsibilities include coaching DSPs, maintaining program plans, and supporting individuals with skill development, outings, and health protocols in a safe, person-centered environment.
Position Overview: The Community Habilitation Program Supervisor at The Arc Ontario oversees the daily operations of assigned program sites by supervising DSPs, coordinating schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting meaningful habilitation services that promote independence, community participation, and personal growth. This role provides training and coaching to staff, manages staffing patterns, assists with hiring processes, monitors documentation and billing accuracy, and ensures valued outcomes and service plans are implemented effectively.
