Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals.
• Provide support to individuals in daily activities.
• Facilitate community involvement for individuals.
• Perform administrative duties including staff hiring and training.
