Hospital for Special Care is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Manes & Motions Therapeutic Riding Center. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to PATH International standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a PATH International certification and have three years of management experience in equine-assisted activities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

The Program Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day operations of the Center, ensuring services are delivered safely and effectively in alignment with PATH International standards and Center policies. Responsibilities include operational leadership, staff supervision, scheduling, risk management, herd and facility coordination, participant intake and communication, documentation compliance, and implementation of mounted and unmounted therapeutic programming. The Program Supervisor serves as the primary liaison for participants and families, supports quality assurance initiatives, contributes to program evaluation and reporting metrics, and assists leadership with budget oversight and resource allocation.
Ability to sit for no greater than 1-1/2 hours at a time; forward reaching and turning to access low or high file drawers, shelves or equipment. Strength and endurance to lift up to 50 pounds. Fine manipulation for writing and computer usage. Occasional driving up to 1‑2 hours.
