TURN is seeking a supervisor to provide administrative oversight and staff guidance for the Center Star ACT program. You will coordinate care across disciplines and ensure high-quality client services in a community-based setting.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, and supporting the treatment team to achieve goals and compliance with contract requirements.

Center Star Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a community-based program serving adults with serious mental illness who need intensive support to live successfully in the community. Our multidisciplinary team provides mental health treatment, medication support, substance use services, peer support, employment assistance, and housing support to help clients achieve greater stability, independence, and recovery.
Provide administrative and staff supervision including individual and group case consultation, coordinate client care among the disciplines, and provide direct client services.
