Job summary

Community Bridges is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, guide staff, and ensure policy adherence. The role includes training, scheduling, QA, and direct service as needed, with liaison work to partners and funders.

You will also ensure HMIS data quality, oversee documentation per policy, and help grow the program across multiple sites while representing the agency positively.

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year in behavioral health required; 12 months recovery experience preferred.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License required for Housing program staff; clean MVR.
  • CBI policies and procedures require documented HMIS data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff guidance.
  • Provide training, scheduling, and skills verification for staff.
  • Ensure staff adhere to agency policy and procedure.
  • Provide direct service as needed and participate in staffing/shadowing for QA.
  • Coordinate with community partners and funders as required.

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Program Supervisor

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, providing guidance and direction to assigned l staff including but not limited to training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring staff adhere to agency policy and procedure. In addition, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct service to members as needed, participating in staffing and shadowing staff for quality assurance purposes. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for positively representing the program and agency, providing coordination between various community partners, assisting with program presentations, and participating in meetings with the funder when determined necessary. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the data quality of the HMIS entries, ensuring staff complete daily staffing emails, services transactions, and case notes as indicated in the program specific desktop procedures. The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff thoroughly document their efforts according to CBI Policy and Procedure and is responsible for continuously reviewing HMIS reports.

Skills/Requirements
  • Highschool diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field required.
  • Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
  • Peer Certification (if applicable)
