Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative in Iowa City, IA is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in delivering individualized supports to individuals with brain, spinal cord and medically complex needs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm, 40 hours per week, with on-call rotation.

The role emphasizes ISP implementation, staff oversight, and community involvement. Qualifications include a High School diploma, supervisory experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience with preference given to candidates with previous supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Program Supervisor - Iowa City, IA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

Hours: 40 hrs/wk.

Pay: $21.00/hr.

This position does carry a rotational on-call responsibility.
