Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, Davenport, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee ISP implementation and supervise a team of Caregivers serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help with staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service and regulatory compliance.

This full-time role offers opportunities to gain supervisory skills while making a direct impact on the people served.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
• This role offers supervisory exposure while directly impacting the lives of the people served.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals served in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities such as meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Program Supervisor

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
