Civic Nebraska is seeking program staff to support after-school CLC activities at Lewis & Clark Middle School in Omaha, NE. The role emphasizes youth development, relationship building with students and families, and hands-on enrichment beyond the school day.
Responsibilities include coordinating activity delivery, promoting healthy practices, and ensuring a safe learning environment while collaborating with staff, partners, and parents.
Program staff members will support services that improve student learning and development, stronger families, and healthy neighborhoods. The CLC on-site programs allow students to expand their knowledge in selected areas through hands-on enrichment opportunities in an outside-of-school environment. Qualified staff must have the ability to work during after-school hours. This position is based at Lewis & Clark Middle School in Omaha, Nebraska.
Position hours range from 2 – 7 hours per day, up to 25 hours per week. The rate of compensation starts at $15.00 per hour.
