• Oversee customer service inquiries and identify opportunities to advance TSA aims.
• Manage and support collection of performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate IT solutions and software acquisitions; support IT-related staff efforts.
• Provide airport management with status reports and planned activities in assigned program areas.
