Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of program planning and development activities in support of the agency's program.
• Handle routine to highly complex assignments, including development of policies or standards that impact the agency.
• Prepare comprehensive reports of findings and conclusions for management reviews.
• Possibly supervise lower-level program specialists or other staff as assigned.
