Candidate must reside in the state of Arizona.

Position Purpose: Oversee implementation of assigned programs and lead the development of program initiatives to improve and monitor service delivery and outcomes for assigned populations.

  • Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
  • Execute effectively program development efforts with provider organizations
  • Propose new programs and strategies by research industry trends
  • Develop provider training modules
  • Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations
  • Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management
  • Propose funding opportunities
  • Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts
  • Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to a specific populations
  • Represent Cenpatico in key community and State meetings related to specific populations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Healthcare related field. 3+ years of behavioral or physical health experience.

License/Certification: RN, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

For AZ only: Masters Degree or higher required, licensure preferred.Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
