Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Program Specialist I to build relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full requisition lifecycle from intake to onboarding and offboarding. You will act as a talent advisor, ensuring quality candidates and timely fulfillment across client projects.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and meticulous documentation in CRM tools, with a focus on data integrity and process adherence across the supplier network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist client managers with contract labor acquisition, from requisition intake to interviewing.
  • Prepare insightful questions for hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions.
  • Discuss expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles, and responsibilities with hiring managers.
  • Provide interaction via face-to-face, email, and phone with clients, staffing vendors, contract personnel, and other partners.
  • Document requirement intake conversations in databases (VMS, AGS360).
  • Track client/supplier issues and ensure resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
  • Log all client and vendor inquiries into Salesforce.com.
  • Manage and oversee performance of staffing suppliers.
  • Monitor performance against contract SLA's, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking.
  • Assist with worker assignment management (cost center changes, contract extensions, etc.) to improve data integrity.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignments and at the end of assignments.
  • Close work orders in the system with accurate finish reasons and notify appropriate departments (i.e., security).
  • Assist with the collection of company assets from vendors (laptops, badges, etc.).
  • Monitor time and expense entry to ensure approvals by hiring managers by required deadlines.
  • Interact with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed to avoid onboarding delays.

Job description

The Program Specialist I is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding and reporting. The Program Specialist I acts as a talent advisor to support our clients through the requisition fulfillment process to ensure quality talent is acquired in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
Client Interaction and Support
  • Assist client managers with contract labor acquisition, from requisition intake to interviewing.

This position is open to North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Maryland.
