Program Specialist - Adult & Teen Programming - Summer 2026

About the Role

As the Program Specialist for Adult & Teen Programming, you design and run creative, age-appropriate events and activities for teen and adult campers. You help build community, make camp feel welcoming to older campers, and support the overall program when events aren’t happening. This role mixes planning, teamwork, and fun to give older campers a great camp experience.

You will spend your summer planning events, running mixers, workshops, tournaments or game nights, helping groups connect, and will make sure teens and adults have an engaging experience.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and lead events for teens and adults - mixers, art nights, tournaments, workshops, game hours, and evening gatherings.
  • Set up and clean up equipment and spaces; keep supplies stocked and organized.
  • Talk with campers about event details and help with any needs during activities.
  • Help campers take part in activities and keep each session running smoothly.
  • Assist other program staff when needed and join camp-wide activities or events.

Your work helps older campers feel connected, have fun, and build community throughout the summer.

Who We Are Looking For
  • 21 or older.
  • At least 2 years of experience planning or running events or programs for teens/adults.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Creative and flexible - able to adapt plans and improvise when needed.
  • Comfortable leading groups up to ~40 people, including mixed ages.
  • Someone dependable who shows up on time and works hard.
