Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or closely related field required.
• One year of responsible experience in administrative and/or budgetary analysis, accounting, personnel and/or business office management required.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.
• A valid California Driver’s License required at appointment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts technical administrative studies and analyses.
• Assists with budgeting, grants and cost/benefit analyses.
• Coordinates contract administrative duties with legal representatives and others.
• Reviews legislation and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Writes complex reports and presents to stakeholders.
• Leads meetings and explains policies to staff.
