The University of California - Riverside is seeking a dedicated individual to support the TRIO Scholars Program and McNair Scholars Program. The TRIO Scholars Program (Student Support Services) and the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program at UC Riverside are federally funded TRIO Programs. The TRIO Scholars Program serves 140 undergraduate students, providing holistic services to improve retention and graduation rates for first‑generation and income‑qualified students as well as students with disabilities. The McNair Scholars Program serves 25 first‑generation, low‑income undergraduate students and prepares them for doctoral studies through research and scholarly activities.
The full salary range for this position is $22.65–$37.60 per hour. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $24.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
