Index Analytics is seeking a dedicated Project Specialist to join our remote team in support of Government contracts, with a primary focus on technical support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at multi-tasking and is passionate about delivering exceptional technical assistance to a portfolio of organizations.

As the first line of contact for users and stakeholders, you will provide support across multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries and issues. Stakeholders include nonprofit organizations, hospitals, and national health care organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations throughout the 4 phases of the application process, as well as ongoing program administration.
  • Prepare draft responses to questions based on existing resources and in collaboration with project leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings and technical assistance conference calls between project team and stakeholder meetings (e.g., develop agenda, host, and lead discussion)
  • Validate information submitted by entities as part of their application.
  • After reviewing the applications, generate and send validation findings email to entities after review by project leadership, if needed.
  • Provide project leadership with updates prior to scheduled meetings and update relevant documents and systems.
  • Update the Salesforce CRM at least twice weekly for their entities.
Qualifications
Required:
  • US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 or more years of post-collegiate work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be highly organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability and confidence to learn new skills and acquire content knowledge quickly and independently
Preferred but not required:
  • Bachelor's in a health or public policy-related field
  • Experience as a Salesforce CRM or other CRM user
  • One or more of the following skills and/or experience
    • Project coordination and general administrative support (e.g., Meeting Notes and Action Items)
    • Basic qualitative research: gray literature / environmental scanning and abstracting
    • Marketing communications, editing, graphic design
    • Basic or advanced knowledge of health care policy and experience in regulatory analysis
    • Experience working with medical claims data
