Job summary

Resicum International, LLC seeks a qualified Program Security Specialist – Journeyman to support the F-35 JPO TSST. The role involves safeguarding U.S. technology, documents, personnel and facilities for FMS activities with Korea and Saudi Arabia.

You will develop security programs, provide guidance, and mentor security participants across government and industry. Contingent upon contract award and funding, with eligibility for required clearances and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent security experience as per Option 1 or 2.
• 3–10 years of specialized security experience emphasizing SAPF/SCIF construction, SAP, SSO, or Government SAP Security Officer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide program security guidance and mentorship to F-35 security program participants.
• Establish professional working relationships with security personnel supporting Korea and Saudi Arabia F-35 programs.
• Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Support industrial security, physical security, information security, and security education and awareness programs.
• Assist in developing security infrastructure to protect sensitive U.S. technology and information.
• Review existing security policies and procedures and recommend updates to maintain compliance with applicable U.S. Government and DoD requirements.
• Coordinate security initiatives with physical/industrial security and cybersecurity personnel.
• Provide guidance regarding SAP security requirements and associated facility protection measures.

Job Description

Resicum International, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for an anticipated Program Security Specialist – Journeyman position supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Technology Security Support Team (TSST).

This position will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) security programs involving the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will provide specialized security guidance, technical assistance, and mentorship to F-35 security program participants, including government and industry organizations.

The Program Security Specialist will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security programs designed to protect sensitive U.S. technology, classified information, personnel, facilities, and resources.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide program security guidance and mentorship to F-35 security program participants.
• Establish professional working relationships with security personnel supporting Korea and Saudi Arabia F-35 programs.

Requirements

Position Requirements

Candidates must meet ONE of the following education and experience pathways:

Option 1

• Bachelor's degree in National Security, International Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Three to ten years of specialized security experience emphasizing SAPF/SCIF construction, SAP, Special Security Office (SSO), or Government SAP Security Officer operations.

Option 2

• Minimum of ten years of specialized security experience emphasizing SAPF/SCIF construction and SAP/SSO operations in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of applicable U.S. Government and Department of Defense security requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international program security requirements.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Security Clearance

Candidates must meet the contract's security requirements, including a Secret security clearance based on an SSBI or SSBI-PR completed within five years at the time of hiring or performance, unless otherwise specified at the task order level.
