Job summary

Targeted Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Security Representative II to support SAPs, SCI, and collateral data with a focus on day-to-day multi-discipline security for US military operations.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP/SCI security, adherence to NISPOM and related policies, and the ability to brief government and senior staff on security topics. A TS/SCI clearance and polygraph willingness are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years related experience in program security.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience; SPSC counts towards 5 years.
• TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for access to SAP information.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and improve security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics for government and senior civilian staff.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility closeouts.
• Monitor, report and track all corrective actions from reviews.
• Ensure timely notification of security matters to program staff.
• Conduct exploration of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information and generate damage assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into SAP education and awareness program.
