RedTrace Technologies seeks a Program Security Representative to provide multi‑discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data at the Pentagon, VA. You will ensure daily compliance with NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy while developing and implementing safeguarding procedures.

The role requires 10–12 years of related experience, SAP expertise, and SFPC toward 5 years, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel up to 25% is expected.

• 10–12 years related experience.
• SAP experience is required.
• SFPC certification counts toward 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Travel 10–25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi‑discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data.
• Adhere to NISPOM, its supplement, DCID/ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement security policies for SAP/SCI/collateral data.
• Conduct day‑to‑day security assessments and recommend improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in test, training, and operations.
• Develop, implement, and train the Operations Security program.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel on curriculum updates.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow‑on reviews.
• Monitor corrective actions from reviews and close gaps.
