Job summary

Dell is seeking a Program Security Officer for the Defense & Intelligence Security Team in McLean, Virginia. This role involves overseeing security operations for sensitive program activities, interfacing with management, primes, subcontractors, and government customers.

Candidates must have U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting an IC or DOD program. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of NISPOM and classification processes are essential. Competitive compensation package offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with current, active TS/SCI is required.
• Minimum of 3-year combined experience directly supporting an IC or DOD program.
• Ability to handle daily activities with little oversight or direction.

Responsibilities

• Support security aspects for Department of Defense and Intelligence agency customers.
• Provide support and liaison for security matters.
• Administer security programs for SCIF projects.

Skills

Excellent judgment and decision-making skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, SEAD 3 and 4

Experience with classification management
