Danbury Mission Technologies is seeking a Manager, Program Security/FSO to support the Mission Applications group. Responsibilities include overseeing security compliance and managing day-to-day operations at facilities.

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Program Security/FSO to support our Mission Applications (MA) group and oversee the Security program and facility operations for our sites in Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA. This role reports to the ARKA Director of Security and works in close partnership with Security and Facilities teams across ARKA.
As the Program Security Manager/FSO, you will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance for both facilities IAW applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, while also managing day‑to‑day site operations. Most importantly, you will help ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff. Our customers and MA team depend on secure, mission‑ready spaces to support National Security–impacting programs.
In this role, you will interact daily with leaders at all levels. The MA FSO must be a strong, flexible leader who can solve problems, collaborate across MA departments, and leverage ARKA resources to keep operations running smoothly and effectively.
$135,000 - $180,000. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. This position requires an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph U.S. Government Security Clearance with in‑scope background investigation.
