Job summary

Mentify Inc. is seeking a Program & Scheduling Assistant to help keep our nonprofit operations running smoothly. You will support the Founder/President and Outreach Coordinator by managing schedules, reserving spaces for programs, and organizing logistics for upcoming youth-focused initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, attention to detail, and ensuring everyone stays aligned. The position offers both paid and volunteer pathways within a flexible hybrid work environment

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize staff and volunteer availability.
  • Schedule meetings, shifts, and events.
  • Reserve and confirm spaces for programs and events.
  • Send reminders, follow-ups, and calendar invites.
  • Maintain scheduling records in Asana and Zoom.
  • Support with basic program logistics (supplies checklists, sign-in sheets).
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed.

Mentify Inc. is a newly founded 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to youth mental health awareness. We provide safe, supportive spaces for children and young adults (ages 11–25) through group sessions, creative arts, outdoor adventures, and access to free counseling. Job Summary

As a Program & Scheduling Assistant at Mentify Inc., you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll support the Founder/President and Outreach Coordinator by helping manage schedules, reserve event spaces, and organize logistics for upcoming programs. This role is perfect for someone who loves planning, details, and making sure everyone is on the same page.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and organize staff and volunteer availability.
