Job summary

KBR is seeking a Program Scheduler SME to support the Government Program Office in coordinating scheduling activities for the program’s IMSs. The role will be onsite at Wright Patterson AFB with collaboration across IPTs and cross-functional teams.

The candidate will develop and review IMSs, perform schedule risk analyses, and produce reports for stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience and an active Secret clearance are required; Master’s degree and DoD program experience

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling and advanced MS Project required.
• Desirable: Master’s degree and experience with DoD programs.
• Experience with Open Plan/Acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Review Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple schedules.
• Provide schedule-related support to IPTs and attend program meetings.
• Generate reports on IMS health, contractor performance, and projections.
• Support PMRs, design reviews, IBRs, SRAs and BMRs.

Position Summary

KBR is seeking a Program Scheduler SME. The successful candidate will assist and support the Government customer Program Office in coordination of scheduling activities for the program’s multiple schedules. Candidate will work in person at Wright Patterson AFB.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Review Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), integrate multiple IMSs, perform schedule risks analysis, build projections of schedule outcomes, and develop reports and presentations. Provide schedule-related support to assigned Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by attending recurring program meetings. Generate reports to key Gov’t and program stakeholders on IMS health and construction, contractor schedule performance metrics, and projections of schedule outcomes. Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Design Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Business Management Reviews (BMRs). Communicate programmatic findings and issues to management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication. Work with Cross-functional Teams (CFTs) to integrate disparate activities and milestones into schedule models. Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across CFTs and several functional disciplines. Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering program information; conducting programmatic analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining schedule model databases. Review contractor IMSs, evaluating against common practices, which may include DCMA 14-point schedule assessments. Develop cartoons or Tier 1 schedules for Executive level briefings.

Education: Master’s degree Experience: Recent experience in system program offices is desired. Experience: Recent experience using Deltek Open Plan & Acumen is desired. Skills: Advanced MS Project and MS Excel experience is desired. Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance
