Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Richardson, TX is seeking a Specialist, Program Scheduler to manage complex programs, perform schedule analysis, and ensure integration across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.

This role requires an active US Secret clearance; candidate will use Gantt, PERT, EVMS and MS Office to monitor progress and resolve critical path conflicts, with a 9/80 schedule and onsite work at Richardson or Plano.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior scheduling experience or Graduate Degree and 2 years of scheduling experience; in lieu of a degree, 8 years of scheduling experience.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.
• Broad knowledge of project management.
• Microsoft Project experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• EVMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
• Ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify/resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
• May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree + scheduling experience

Graduate Degree + scheduling experience

8+ years scheduling experience in lieu of degree
