Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas is seeking a Program Quality Engineering Manager for the PrSM program. You will lead the supplier quality team to ensure production excellence and continuous improvement across the program.

Responsibilities include overseeing supplier quality management, recruiting and training quality personnel, managing budgets and schedules for milestones, monitoring performance, and reporting metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, CS, or related STEM
• Knowledge of Quality Management practices and quality audits
• Prior leadership experience in aerospace or defense

You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for the PrSM Program Quality team. Our team is responsible for quality management of PrSM production execution, coordinating recruitment and training, managing budgets and schedules, monitoring quality performance, and reporting quality metrics.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of Quality Management practices and quality audits
• Prior leadership experience in aerospace or defense

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
