RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Program Quality Engineer II for the SM-3 IIA program. Onsite role supporting quality initiatives across production facilities and collaborating with IPTs to ensure customer and Raytheon requirements are met.
The position requires a STEM degree with at least 2 years in Quality/Engineering, proficiency in root cause tools, and experience with AS9100/ISO9001. DoD security clearance is required; salary range is actively provided by RTX.

The Standard Missile 3 Block IIA (SM-3 IIA) Program Quality Engineer II in Tucson, AZ, will help implement strategic initiatives to improve quality and help manage customer and internal quality requirements throughout SM-3 IIA production facilities. You will collaborate with the program quality manager and other program leads to work as a trusted partner with the program office and other functions. The individual will aid quality efforts to ensure delivered products and services meet customer and Raytheon requirements, support program DD250s, identify and document gaps in expectations between extended customer base and the program implementation baseline.
