Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 2+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.
• 1+ years leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, contracts and specifications to determine quality requirements and ensure they are met through production, testing and inspection.
• Prepare Certifications of Conformance (C of C) for materials and services; review documentation for quality compliance.
• Coordinate with Government/customer to schedule source inspection and be the main interface for final acceptance.
• Manage all inspection points in manufacturing; create first article packages with assemblies and components.
• Work with program team on manufacturing processes and data; assist in failure investigations and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary customer quality interface and conduct quality briefings as needed.
• Analyze quality performance and help develop improvement plans.
• Provide input as a peer reviewer of inspection plans and contract items.
• Participate in development and transition of products and processes to production.
• Assist in bid and proposal responses with information supporting customer needs.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment with customers and teammates.
• Perform other duties; ability to obtain US Security Clearance.
