Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Program/Project Analyst to support our government customer in Orlando, Florida, applying scheduling expertise to complex programs.

You will manage IMS, perform DCMA-based analyses, validate CDRLs, and integrate PowerBI SEER dashboards, briefing IPT leads on risks and recovery plans.

Qualifications

  • Approximately three (3) or more years of experience with Defense Department acquisition policies and procedures or like experience.
  • Experience managing programs for training systems and coordinating Navy procedures.
  • Knowledge of Government contract and procurement procedures including contract actions and modifications.
  • Ability to coordinate and integrate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with advanced features of MS Project.

Responsibilities

  • IMS Development & Maintenance: baseline and maintain complex schedules using MS Project.
  • CDRL Validation & Compliance: review and validate vendor submissions per contract standards.
  • Advanced Schedule Analytics: conduct health assessments and critical path analyses.

Bering-Alaka'ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Program/Project Analyst to provide support for our government customer in Orlando, Florida.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development & Maintenance: Develop, coordinate to baseline, and maintain complex government program/project schedules and perform detailed evaluations of contractor-submitted Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project.
  • CDRL Validation & Compliance: Lead the review and validation of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) schedule deliverables from vendor submissions to ensure technical compliance with contract standards.
  • Advanced Schedule Analytics: Conduct recurring schedule health assessments (e.g., DCMA standards), critical path analyses, and schedule impact/variance analyses to identify slips, risks, and recovery pathways.
  • PowerBI & Tool Integration: Leverage the NAVAIR-developed Schedule Evaluation and Execution Report (SEER) tool and custom PowerBI dashboards to automate schedule performance reporting and visual analytics.
  • Strategic Advising: Serve as the primary schedule advisor to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and Lead Scheduler for assigned IPT matters, proactively communicating risks and presenting actionable schedule recovery plans.
  • CTC Domain Application: Apply general knowledge of Navy ratings and the career training continuum structure (Accession to Journeyman to Master) to align scheduling milestones with realistic instructional design and fielding timelines.
  • Flexibility & Cross-Functional Support: Demonstrate high organizational flexibility and proactive communication skills to assist adjacent teams and coordinate scheduling touchpoints across NAWCTSD and the broader PAE Mission Systems or PAE Aviation enterprises.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

BA or BS degree (in a logistics, business, management, or technical field is preferred)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Approximately three (3) or more years of experience with Defense Department acquisition policies and procedures or like experience.
  • Experience should include management of programs for assigned training systems that include: implementing policy and coordinating complex Navy procedures.
  • Some knowledge of and experience with Government contract and procurement procedures including new contract actions, contract modifications, and product procurement.
  • Possess the ability to coordinate and integrate the work activities of several different projects at any one time.
  • Possess the ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing in working out solutions to problems or questions relating to the program.
  • Experience with advanced features of MS Project.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active Secret clearance is required.
