Job description

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Program / ProjectManagerto support a DISA PEO Services (SD) contractlocated at Ft. Meade, MD. This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate will lead and be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company.This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team providing comprehensive acquisition, and program managementsupport toDISA PEO SD portfolio program offices: Business Systems (SD2), Enterprise Collaboration Services (SD3), and Command and Control (C2) (SD4)
  • Provideoversight of ACAT I - ACAT III IT Acquisition,Program Management, IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), Information Resources, and Technical Writing and Design support in compliance with DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.74, and DoDI 5000.75.
  • Provide expertise to develop briefs and reports to stakeholders that may include: Joint Staff; Under Secretary of Defense, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Network and Information Integration), Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Acquisition Technology and Logistics, Services, DISA, Combatant Commands, and Joint Task Force Commanders
  • Provide independent research and analysis, recommendations, reports, exhibits, schedules and briefings in support of three major portfolios
  • Identify and analyzecomplex problems and risks, and provide solutions and risk mitigation / course of action (COA) recommendations
  • Oversee programmatic support and expertise in the areas of cost, schedule, and performance
  • Workwith and effectively communicatewith the Program Portfolio executiveteam,SES stakeholders, portfolio managers and cross functional teams to create a productive and collaborative culture
  • Effectively managemultiple tasks, projects and teams to meet directorate mission objectives and timelines

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree AND 10+yearsof federal / DoDIT acquisition program project management experience
  • DoD ACAT I-III project management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIAProgram Management Level III certification required
  • Experience using DISA Task Management Tool (DTMT) or a similar DoD tasking tool
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Active DoD Top Secret (TS) Clearance

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees. We also offer a competitive leave package and a generous benefit plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, and an employer matching 401(k) plan.

This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
