Job summary

HRB is seeking a DI MANGL Integration Lead for PMA-207 under the USMC KC-130J program. The role oversees avionics, mission systems, and air vehicle integration across multiple vendors and IPTs. The incumbent will support upgrades, documentation, and risk management.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, a SECRET clearance, and an MA/MS degree (Bachelor's with substitution acceptable). Salary ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 with comprehensive benefits; travel may be required.

Functional Description:

The position serves as the DI MANGL Integration Lead with PMA-207, the USMC KC-130J program. The DI MANGL Integration Lead will be responsible for supporting the management of the interface between the C-130J and aircraft subsystems, and mission systems equipment during the design, development, modification, and sustainment phases of the system. The KC-130J DI MANGL Integration Lead will be heavily involved in the KC-130J modification program effort, a MDAP ACAT-1C level acquisition and the DI MANGL effort, a MDAP ACAT II level acquisition effort. The incumbent will assist in programmatic milestones, program schedules and required technical documentation to support the forthcoming upgrades. The KC-130J program is expected to work in concert with PMA-209 to leverage separate contracts for each of the system upgrades and obsolescence requirements. The KC-130J DI MANGL Integration Lead providing avionics, mission system support and air vehicle integration oversight between various vendors, program offices, resource sponsors, and IPT's. The KC-130J DI MANGL Integration Lead will work with their Government Counterparts to ensure requirements are identified, traceable, testable and executable. He or she will examine written artifacts to determine requirements while assisting in the implementation of suitability requirements. He or she will conduct assessment efforts with human factors and work with the system safety SME to identify and implement requirements into the air vehicle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate between the Avionics and Future Capabilities IPTs on impacts of integration of hardware onto the air vehicle platform

• Review Key Performance Perimeters (KPPs), Capability Description Documents (CDDs), KC-130J Operational Requirements List (ORL), and provide updates via Requirements Clarification Letters (RCLs)
• Maintain coordination with VX-20 and the test community and ensure test entrance criterion are met and that the test team post test results are communicated back to the IPT's with a plan to address any deficiencies.
• Work with certifying authorities to define requirements and implement solution to ensure the platform meets its certification requirements
• Support the ECP/TD process to include producing briefs
• Assist in the NAVAIR EDRP process if needed
• Coordinate between Avionics and USAF Software and OEM Software on impact of integration of software onto Avionics systems to include JMPS and semi-annual software drops for DI MANGL
• Assist in coordination and implementation of human system engineering requirements
• Assist in oversight of design and integration of KC-130J software and Mission computer modifications, including but not limited to DMSMS/obsolescence replacements such as integration of the Special Mission Processor (SMP)
• Will support Briefs to include Status briefs, technical briefs, POM's, and Financial Briefs
• Will support writing SOW/PWS/ CDRLs.
• Assist in performing SWaP-C coordination between the OEM system level vendors
• Review contract deliverables and work with the Government SMEs to provide feedback for approval
• Support the team for Reliability Control Board root cause corrective actions, POA&M requirements as needed.
• Participate and lead in Technical Working Groups
• Define and document risk and participate in risk working groups
• Participate in NAVAIR and USAF SETR events
• Develop materials for and participate to Government-lead design reviews
• Respond to quick-reaction taskers for IPTLs
• Coordinate meetings on and off-site as well as virtual engagements with stakeholders
• Conduct vendor and supplier site visits to ensure schedule risks are mitigated
• Liaison with other C-130 stakeholders (i.e., C-130 FST, AFSOC, ANG, WLN, SPOs, etc.) to generate synergies in efforts to increase efficiencies while reducing cost and schedule risk
• Support Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) courses in direct support of DI MANGL integration into the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) as well as "hot wash" to ensure future developments of the DI MANGL FoS is increasingly enhanced across all configurations (i.e., DI Fly Away Kit (FAK), MANGL, etc.)

This position will specifically support PMA-207, the USMC KC-130J Program Office.

The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
