The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Program/Project/Management Analyst - Journeyman.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $67,000 - $127,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The range that is given is an estimate and may vary based on contractual constraints. At AM Pierce & Associates, it is our goal to provide equitable compensation to all employees.

The Description:

Duties/responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Education & Experience:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
    • Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
  • At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Familiar with the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution process.

Desired Skillset:

  • Experience with programmatic activities involving satellite communication systems is desired.
  • Experience as a platform integration manager is desired.
  • Experience with spend plan development.

Travel:

  • On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
