Job summary

InnoActive Group in White Plains, NY is seeking a Program & Project Controls Analyst to support a large utility organization responsible for delivering complex capital programs and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on project financials, portfolio management, forecasting, and project controls.

You will monitor a portfolio of capital projects, analyze performance and forecasts, participate in annual portfolio planning, review budgets, and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project controls or PMO environment.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Analytical and good communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP/ERP is a plus.
• Experience in utility/energy or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project controls, project management, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Access, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
• Experience supporting utility, energy, infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects is preferred.
