Job summary

iHeartMedia in Louisville, KY is seeking a Board Operator to ensure broadcasts run smoothly and sound great across live and pre-recorded shows.

You will operate broadcast console, monitor programming for quality, coordinate with talent and traffic teams, and troubleshoot issues in real time while supporting remote broadcasts and events.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) are essential.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.
