The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) serves as Georgia Tech's in-house legal office, partnering with leadership and campus stakeholders to support the Institute's mission by providing legal guidance, supporting compliance efforts, and helping manage institutional risk.
The Program & Portfolio Manager OGC Administrative Operations supports OGC-wide administrative operations, business processes, and operational initiatives as part of the OGC Operations Team. This position provides high-level administrative and operational coordination in support of OGC leadership, faculty, staff, and unit-wide priorities, including budget and financial tracking, procurement coordination, HR and payroll-related transaction support, records and data management, meeting and event coordination, travel and expense support, document preparation, reporting, and process improvement.
This position serves as a key operational liaison among OGC leadership, administrative leadership, faculty, staff, campus partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to help ensure administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with Institute policies and procedures. This role requires independent judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting programs in a higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organizational environment.
Salary range: $75,000 - $83,000. Commensurate with education and experience.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy, follow-through, and quality in all work products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and navigate complex operational and institutional environments.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders in a structured and collaborative manner.
Experience working with business documents with attention to accuracy, compliance, and process.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Slack.
