• Coordinate development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), budget metrics and schedules; conduct reviews.
• Review EVM variances and provide explanations when thresholds are exceeded.
• Identify risks/issues/opportunities and develop mitigation planning and business cases.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and requirement compliance.
• Collaborate across disciplines to achieve critical project milestones.
