Job summary

ClearPlan seeks experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, especially for DoD contracts. Candidates should have EVMS knowledge and be prepared for 25% travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan.
• DoD contracting experience required/desired.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Knowledge of DCMA 14-Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Ability to develop and manage IMS and WBS-based schedules.
• Willingness to travel 25% to support DoD projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for proposals and post-award projects.
• Baseline Resource Loaded IMS per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support EVMS implementation and schedule integration.
• Maintain IMS and forecast data; conduct health checks.
• Perform SRAs and DCMA analyses to ensure compliance.

Looking for experienced Program Planners with hands on expertise with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan with Department of Defense contracting experience. Looking for experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in all acquisition phases including proposal, development, production and sustainment contracts

The position provides planning/scheduling support for various Fortune 500 DoD clients throughout the U.S. Positions will require client travel at least 25% of the time.

US Citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred.

You will need to pass a skills assessment to be eligible for employment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan)
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Proposal Projects in accordance w/ scheduling policies and best practices/guidelines.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Post Award Projects in accordance with DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule Integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other related schedule health/wellness checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.
