Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning/Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan for DoD contracting. Positions involve travel to client sites across the United States (about 25%).

US citizenship is required and an active security clearance is preferred. You will lead architecture of the planning and control framework (WBS/IMP), develop Resource Loaded IMS, support EVMS integration, and perform schedule health checks and SRAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling for DoD programs.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project or Open Plan scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with EVMS, DCMA 14 Point Analysis and SRAs.
• Experience producing IMS/IMP and WBS structures for contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan).
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – for proposals.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded IMS – for post‑award projects per DI‑MGMT‑81861.
• Support Earned Value Management integration with cost/schedule data.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain EVMS processes and data tracking.

Looking for experienced Program Planners with hands on expertise with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan with Department of Defense contracting experience. Looking for experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in all acquisition phases including proposal, development, production and sustainment contracts

The position provides planning/scheduling support for various Fortune 500 DoD clients throughout the U.S. Positions will require client travel at least 25% of the time.

US Citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred.

• Maintain Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and forecasting.

• Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.
