Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking an experienced Program Planner/Scheduler with DoD contracting experience and strong Earned Value Management capabilities. You will lead the architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework, including WBS and Integrated Master Schedule development, to support proposals and post-award projects.

Responsibilities include resource-loaded IMS development, adherence to scheduling policies, implementing EVMS and cost/schedule integration, DCMA 14 Point health checks, and

• US Citizenship required.
• Active security clearance preferred for the role.
• Hands-on scheduling experience with DoD contracting and EVMS.

• Develop/baseline Resource Loaded IMS for post-award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting capabilities.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Program Planner/Schedulers with hands on expertise in MS Project or Open Plan with Department of Defense contracting experience operating in an Earned Value Management environment.

US Citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan)
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Proposal Projects in accordance with scheduling policies and best practices/guidelines.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Post Award Projects in accordance with DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule Integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other related schedule health/wellness checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.
