Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling for DoD contracts. Candidates should be proficient in MS Project or Open Plan, with EVMS experience and familiarity with DI-MGMT-81861 guidelines.

US citizenship is required and active security clearance is preferred. Positions involve planning/scheduling support for Fortune 500 DoD clients nationwide, with at least 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in DoD contracting environments.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) across all acquisition phases.
• US Citizenship required; active security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal Projects per scheduling policies.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award Projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain resource and EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.

Looking for experienced Program Planners with hands on expertise with Program Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan with Department of Defense contracting experience. Looking for experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in all acquisition phases including proposal, development, production and sustainment contracts

The position provides planning/scheduling support for various Fortune 500 DoD clients throughout the U.S. Positions will require client travel at least 25% of the time.

US Citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred.

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan)
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Proposal Projects in accordance w/ scheduling policies and best practices/guidelines.
• Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Post Award Projects in accordance with DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule Integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and forecasting.
