Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to oversee complex programs and drive mission outcomes. You will manage program execution as a Program Analyst, ensuring resources, schedules, and deliverables align with customer needs.

Requirements include a BA/BS, 2+ years of experience, active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph, US citizenship, and proficiency with enterprise tools like ARCHIBUS, MDATs, and Atlassian Suite. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required.
  • 2+ years of related experience; 4 additional years can substitute for a BA/BS.
  • Familiarity with MPO, DoW and enterprise tools; ARCHIBUS, MDATs, LCAT qualifications; MS Office.
  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance required.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • PMP credential or progress toward PMP preferred.
  • Expertise in three or more areas: procurement lifecycle, project management, finance oversight, Agile planning with Atlassian tools, and contract deliverables.

Program Operations Specialist

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Analyst. Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Program Analyst you will play a crucial role in execution of the program management office (PMO) of a critical development contract for the United State Government.

  • Resource the contract with the people, hardware, software required to complete the mission
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, senior leadership, subcontractors, and customers
  • Ensure compliance with lab, security, and inventory compliance and policy
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst must have:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience (4 additional years can be substituted for a BA/BS)
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with MPO, DoW, etc. enterprise tools and policies, such as ARCHIBUS, MDATs, LCAT qualifications. Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
  • US citizenship required
  • Working towards PMP preferred
  • Role requirements: Demonstrated expertise in three or more of the following:
  • End to End procurement, inventory, and disposition lifecycle, and proficiency with customer processes, and systems
