Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the Naval Power program in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. The role focuses on coordinating manufacturing resources, leading operations across value streams, and driving schedule and cost performance through established gate processes.
The candidate will work closely with Global Supply Chain, engineering, and mission assurance to ensure on-time delivery and program success, including handling engineering change orders and customer interfaces.

Raytheon has an immediate need for a Program Operations Manager (POM) for Naval Power onsite in Portsmouth, Rhode Island for the AQS-20 Program. This position will provide opportunities to grow their skills in operations management, technical operations, business communications, and leadership. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Manufacturing Value Streams, and other Functional Partners to ensure successful on time integration of the material and labor efforts necessary to support manufacturing and contract schedules. This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities in our Portsmouth factory. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to perform technical, program and manufacturing leadership roles. Successful execution in this role will include driving the overall management and participation in several phases of program development from proposal of new scope, through capture, planning, execution, delivery and close-out.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience. Previous experience working in Manufacturing Operations.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
