Northampton Community College is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Center for Healthcare Education (CHE). This role reports to the Director and ensures high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and fiscal accountability across non-credit healthcare education programs.
Key duties include leading Lifelearn scheduling and reporting, payroll coordination with HR, budgeting, and data reporting.

Summary: The Program Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Center for Healthcare Education (CHE) by providing leadership in program coordination, staff support, training logistics, and administrative functions. This role works closely with the Director to ensure the successful delivery of the non-credit healthcare education programs, while maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and fiscal accountability.
Reports to the Director of the Center for Healthcare Education. Works collaboratively with instructors, staff, and administrative departments. Engages with students, instructors, and community partners.

The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report is currently available online. Click here to view. The report contains information regarding campus safety and security including topics such as : campus law enforcement authority; crime reporting policies; campus alerts (Timely Warnings and Emergency Notifications); fire safety policies and procedures; programs to prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking; the procedures the College will follow when one of these crimes is reported; and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The report also contains information about crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in On-Campus Student Housing Facilities; in Non-Campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the College or a recognized student organization; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also contains fire statistics for any fires occurring in an On-Campus Student Housing Facility during the three most recent calendar years. A paper copy will be provided upon request.
