Job summary

Bolsan is seeking a Program Analyst in Santa Clarita to support Program Managers by delivering accurate reporting and improving visibility into aerospace accounts. You will translate order, delivery, and schedule data into clear status updates for leadership and customers.

The role collaborates with Program Management, Inside Sales, Production Control, and Supply Chain to support on-time delivery and the health of new and existing awards.

Qualifications

• Experience with producing recurring program reports and dashboards.
• Ability to extract and analyze ERP/MRP data for trends.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with EDI and customer open order reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring program reports and dashboards that give Program Managers clear visibility into delivery performance, backlog, schedule risk, and key metrics.
• Prepare and submit timely, accurate status updates for customer open order reports, coordinating with Production Control and Supply Chain to confirm commit dates and flag risks.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from the ERP/MRP system to identify trends, past-due exposure, and emerging delivery risks.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and concise summaries for customer meetings and leadership updates.
• Prepare and maintain line of balance reports and support the development and tracking of recovery plans.
• Maintain customer portals and use EDI systems to retrieve forecasts, orders, and account information and to submit required updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve reporting processes, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
