Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least seven years of relevant professional experience in workforce development or philanthropy.
  • Knowledge of workforce development strategies and economic mobility.
  • Experience engaging communities historically underserved in economic mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of grants focused on strong work practices, protections, and pathways to living-wage employment.
  • Conduct due diligence on proposals and prepare funding recommendations.
  • Engage with grantees, peer funders, and public-sector partners.
  • Assist with grants data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate on shaping programs and advancing the Economic Power strategy.
  • Represent the Foundation at conferences and convenings.
  • Support program administration and compliance.
  • Foster equity-informed teamwork and organizational growth.
