EIJ is seeking to recruit a Declaration of Interests Program Officer to work in its Advisory, Training & Values Unit (ATV), and who will report to the ATV Manager, under the limited supervision and guidance of an ATV Senior Counsel. ATV provides ethics and compliance advice and guidance to staff, on Staff Rules’ applicability and management of personal conflicts of interest risks. It also administers the Staff Declaration of Interests (DOI), Senior Leaders DOI and Board DOI programs (which require about 6000 staff, 50 Senior Leaders and 300 Board Officials, to annually disclose their financial interests and outside positions/activities, in order to address conflict indicators).
