OhioHealth is seeking a seasoned Project Management System Administrator for the Design & Construction (D&C) team to drive system optimization, data reporting, and KPI dashboards across the FDC and related groups.

Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for the daily administration and management of the Project Management System for the Design & Construction (D&C) team, as well as be the operational liaison between Design & Construction and Facilities (FDC) group. Under direction of the FDC Business Operations leadership, they will drive, maintain and support all facets of the D&C Project Management System including operational strategy (how to maximize the benefit of the system to both internal and external clients), user support, data integrity, process improvements and formulation of key data reporting and KPI dashboards for all users to ensure the system is operating at maximum effectiveness and efficiency. This position provides a high level of support to FDC Senior Leadership, acts as a functional lead for various projects to enhance system effectiveness and coordinates and facilitates meetings with all user groups to drive consistent system process improvements and refinements. They are also responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Project Management System business strategies, budgetary audit and cost control, regulatory programs, lean initiatives, and performance indicators for the entire FDC business unit. Develops data-driven reports from key metrics and trends to support operational decisions and customer needs and Project Management system service. Works collaboratively with all FDC and OHREG teams including Facilities, Property Management, Design & Construction, Real Estate, and Planning to analyze data to improve productivity, service performance, customer service and regulatory compliance. Provides asset management support on construction and renovation projects, works collaboratively on vendor relationships, and helps drive business review meetings that utilize the Project Management System as a success tool. They will engage with the company’s Project Management System partner on rapid process improvements, best-practice implementation, studying industry trends, and by learning from and benchmarking against other Project Management System national users.
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and construction management best practices a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to connect operational duties to overall organization goals and strategies. Creativity and innovation to improve existing processes and define new processes. Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build strong business relationships across the system. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5-10 years of commercial facilities or healthcare operations experience.
