Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology and active state licensure.
• Experience delivering mental and behavioral health services within early childhood settings.
• Knowledge of Head Start program standards and related health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mental health content area and support staff delivering services.
• Visit sites regularly to observe, train, and coach Head Start personnel.
• Facilitate training on developmental and social-emotional screening and disabilities.
• Coordinate with program director to develop ongoing staff training.
• Support parent training and collaboration with families and partners.
